You are here because you would like to have access to the MPEG resources. First of all, please note that access is possible only if you belong to a National Body having activities in ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 29. Only the HoD (Head of Delegation) of each National Body is allowed to distribute the first-level password to access the web site. Also note the password is modified after an MPEG meeting.

* SC 29/AG 3: MPEG Liaison and Communication (Convenor: Prof. Kyuheon Kim of Kyung Hee University, Korea)
* SC 29/AG 5: MPEG Visual Quality Assessment (Convenor: Dr. Mathias Wien of RWTH Aachen University, Germany)
* SC 29/WG 2: MPEG Technical Requirements (Convenor: Dr. Igor Curcio of Nokia, Finland)
* SC 29/WG 3: MPEG Systems (Convenor: Dr. Youngkwon Lim of Samsung, Korea)
* SC 29/WG 4: MPEG Video Coding (Convenor: Prof. Lu Yu of Zhejiang University, China)
* SC 29/WG 5: MPEG Joint Video Coding Team with ITU-T SG16 (Convenor: Prof. Jens-Rainer Ohm of RWTH Aachen University, Germany)

When you become an expert, your individual ISO login and password, allows you to:
 
* Register to MPEG Ad-hoc and Working Groups meetings on the ISO portal.
* Access General MPEG documents in the working area of https://www.iso.org/committee/45316.html
 
MPEG password:
 
Only the HoD (Head of Delegation) of each National Body is allowed to distribute a dedicated the first-level password for MPEG to access the following resources:
 
* Documents: MPEG document management system ( MPEG DMS)
* Content Sequences
* Conformance Sequences
 
The first level password is updated 4 times per year as follows:
 
* M1: January, password changes on 1st of March
* M2: April, password changes on 1st of June
* M3: July, password changes on 1st of September
* M4: October, password changes on 1st of December.
