&lt;div&gt;MPEG Software gives you access to some of the software of various ongoing projects. To get access, you need to be an MPEG member and create a personal account to the MPEG git by following the below registration process. &lt;br /&gt;

MPEG Documents Management System (DMS).&lt;br /&gt;

The DMS system contains 3 main areas in the left navigation menu: User, MPEG, Outside Sites.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;“MPEG” area&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt;: The first-level password gives you access to and the capability to view, search, download all MPEG documents, as well as see the meeting information for each AGs and WGs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;“User” area&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt;: is protected by a) the first-level password and b) a personal password that you can create once you are a registered MPEG expert. The user area allows you to upload documents to the DMS system. If you do not need to upload documents (i.e. you are not an active contributor), you don’t need a personal account.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*  &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;“Outside sites” area&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt;: does not require specific password. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
